Sorry for the hiatus! My social life lately has been less than stellar, which means my outfits haven’t been very inspired. I was waiting for an occasion to break out my black faux fur vest and string net tights, but I figured I should stop waiting and start wearing. It’s true fur adds bulk, but I have never been one of those fat girls that uses clothing as a way to look slimmer.

I’m dying right now.
You killed it with this look.
Gabi, you have inspired me yet again! I have a pair of fishnets that I’ve been saving up for I don’t know what…perhaps it’s time to wear them.
LOVE your stockings.
you just reminded me I need knee-high boots for the winter, darling
Loving the combination of the vest with the belt,it actually gives ur body a great shape!!
I love that fur vest! The whole outfit is so chic, and the laddered tights with it are awesome.
(I hope this isn’t a double post, I hit a link accidentally.)
I love it!!
hooray! i love your blog!! i have my own lil fashion blog, as well, but it’s definitely still in the newbie stage.
i’m so glad you post!! it’s important that everyone realize fashion is NOT about a size!!!
Get it! :o)
I’m still apprehensive about wearing faux fur. I mean, back in the day my mom had me & my sis rockin’ the faux fur coats like it was nothing. But now? Weirded out. But I admire anybody that has the confidence to wear one and pull it off.
the outfit is wicked…and i’m loving the “we run this town” jay-z reference…yay!!! you are definitely running it!!!
Girl, you are rocking that! I love it!
This is probably my favorite outfit you’ve every posted! LOVE IT!
that looks amazing. I love the highly textured monocromatic look. amazing.
That is fierce!
I want some over the knee boots, but its hard to find boots that fit my calves. Torrid’s boots fit, but they don’t have anything in that style your wearing…
Okay, that outfit is HOT. I love all your outfits. You really make me want to show of my legs more. I was pondering about buying a pair of lacey tights from OneStopPlus. I ponder no more!
You look adorable

wow, I love this look..with a better vest…I just say this because I tried it on in the store and it kept getting little shiny fibers all over me! Probably worth saving up for a better fake like a Zoe one or even Kohls has some decent quality ones. I like the idea to belt it though!
You are right on the money with this outfit. Also, I love your comment about not trying to look skinny when you are a big girl. That is true. I get dress to look good. Well, maybe every now and again I’ll ask someone if I look Fat. Also, sometimes I think it’s ok to just get dressed to go nowhere. There are times that I’ll get dressed to eat dinner at home.
OMG, LOVE THOSE TIGHTS. I DIE.
you sure are fabulous! and gorgeous! i love the name of your blog…
I have been reading your blog for a while and I just love it. You have a great style and you are not afraid to show who you really are! From you I have learned to show my curves, not hide them
omg girl you LOOK killer!!!! YOU better work it!!!! LOL!
Love the vest! A different color underneath would make it even more awesome. I am thinking something with a v-neckline to accentuate the décolletage.
You work this look better then Rihanna!
I love this look! Go girl! I Love that you don’t try to look smaller. I usually do but maybe I shouldn’t try because everybody can see I’m not small at all 😀 haha.
