Sorry for the lack of updates! I’m having camera issues, but things should be resolved this weekend. In other news, Fatshionistas were featured in the June issue of French Glamour Magazine! The lovely French bloggers Stephanie, Sakina, and Kylanita (please check out their blogs if you haven’t) look amazing in their spread . J, Lilli and myself were also mentioned! This is a huge honor, and I can’t wait to get the hard copy in my hands.
Since I last posted, I was also named one of the 40 Bloggers Who Really Count by the Times Online, and Faith21 reposted my Vogue video with a special intro by yours truly (and you can also shop my picks)! Lastly, the bloggers going to the YFF Conference interviewed the Head Designer at Evans, and that’s posted on our main website. Make sure you check those out.
Very Hot! Congrats!

Congratulations! It’s fascinating (and fantastic!) that such a grassroots type movement- made by everyday women taking to their computers- has made people take notice of a group that was largely ignored in the fashion industry. You ladies are pioneers. Way to represent.

Yes congratulations!!!! I am an intern and have been researching about the June 2010 issue of Glamour magazine (French) since it actually features “plus-sized” people, unlike the American Glamour cover. I will be writing about this at the http://lovelyish.com/ and would like to include your blog /name. Please email me if that is okay! I would love to stay in touch with you.

hey there, i just found your blog today [too bad i didn’t earlier]. i’m from israel. you’ve no idea how LUCKY you are to have all these amazing stores that carry plus sized collections. H&M opened their first israeli store about 2 months ago and the sizes are ABSURD! there’s talk about old navy opening a store here but i just know that the sizes won’t be imported along with the store. i was in the US about 3 years ago and i felt like a QUEEN there. no matter what store i entered – i found something fabulous that fitted me. so yeah, i guess i just commented to introduce myself and vent a bit keep on rocking. i’ll definitely be reading through old posts this weekend.
