After the success of my bikini collection (and the subsequent craziness online), I decided to celebrate myself with a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. As soon as I booked it, I went online to look for great resort options in plus sizes, and of course, Nordstrom to the rescue! They had some great bright and bold pieces for Spring from brands like Eloquii and City Chic. I fell for this bright orange maxi dress with leather trim; it’s quality fabric but still breezy enough to stay cool in Mexico. I shot these on our balcony before wearing it to dinner Tuesday night and got tons of compliments, (I also splurged on these Chloe sunglasses–once I saw them I couldn’t get them out of my mind!)
