I know we previously announced that Target’s new plus size line AVA & VIV would be launching online February 22nd–but good news, the date got pushed up to today!!! The collection is now shoppable online, so I thought I’d share some of my favorite pieces from the lookbook with you guys. (As a blogger, I’ve been involved in a lot of photo shoots, and I have to say this was definitely one of the best ever. The team was absolutely incredible, and we were treated and photographed like any high fashion model. I had to pinch myself all day long! I still think it’s pretty cool that three actual plus size ladies were featured in a huge brand’s campaign. #progress)
Everyone that day was raving about this printed top and pant set when they saw it on me. I decided to tie the shirt into a crop top since you guys know that’s my thing:
I loved seeing Nicolette and Chastity rock the same striped tulip skirt in their own ways! It looked great on both of them, and it’s always good to see the same item on two different body types:
I chose to wear this look to the AVA & VIV launch, and that’s because these are two of my favorite pieces from the collection. I love a great printed trouser and blazer combo, it’s my default look because you can never go wrong with it!
I love a good black and white moment, and these pants are perfect for transitioning from work to weekend.
This tencel dress is so soft and the perfect casual look for Spring; I’d wear it with some sneakers and a wide brim hat.

A lot of the stuff above that’s not online yet will arrive March 1st, and product from this season will continue to roll out in-store through March.
